Shipping information
Tradingzone offers you various shipping options to receive your furniture quickly and easily. You can either collect your furniture yourself or we can deliver it to your home or office. With delivery with installation and assembly, we bring your furniture to your office and assemble it for you. This saves you the trouble of assembling and disassembling. Alternatively, we also offer kerbside delivery, where we deliver your furniture to the kerb. Collection from our warehouse in Regensdorf / Zurich is of course also possible.
Delivery or collection
Tradingzone offers its customers two basic transport options. Either the customer collects the furniture themselves from the store or the furniture is delivered to the customer. In the case of collection from the store, the shipping costs are of course not charged, whereas in the case of delivery, the shipping costs are charged to the customer. The delivery costs are indicated in the online store, and the costs are proportionally lower for larger orders. Deliveries are made either by Tradingzone itself or by external carriers.
Delivery with insertion
Delivery with installation means that the purchased office furniture is brought into the building by our employees at the delivery location and, if necessary, assembled. This saves you the hassle of carrying heavy furniture around and the associated personnel costs. To ensure that the furniture is brought into the building with as little damage as possible, we need some information in advance about the premises to which the furniture is to be moved. Save your back with delivery with removal.
Delivery to kerbside
You don't have time to pick up the furniture, but can carry it to the premises yourself? Then curbside delivery is the ideal delivery option for you. Our chauffeurs will transport the furniture quickly and carefully to the entrance of your building, from where you can then take the furniture to the desired premises yourself. This cost-saving delivery option is particularly suitable for simple building situations, for example if an office is located on the first floor and is easily accessible.
Collection
The last way to save money with us is to collect your furniture yourself. Choose your furniture at your leisure in our showrooms and pick it up on the same day or a few days later. You avoid delivery costs and delivery time and decide for yourself when you receive your furniture. Bear in mind that you will need a suitable vehicle for self-collection and also that you will need staff at the delivery location who can carry the furniture around and set it up.
