In 2013, it was acquired by the Nowy Styl Group, an international provider of complete solutions for office furnishings. Since the integration, Rohde & Grahl has operated under the Nowy Styl brand. As a result, the name Rohde & Grahl no longer exists as an independent brand, but the products and services are still offered under Nowy Styl.
