Haworth Schweiz AG took over the product rights from ZKD in 2015 and integrated the "Fitt & Flexx" product lines into the Haworth Europe product range. The "Fitt & Flexx" products are manufactured at Haworth's Swiss production site in Menziken AG. In addition to the rights, all technical information and supplier data will be transferred with the takeover.

In order to secure the expertise, former key employees of ZKD were taken over by Haworth Schweiz AG. Haworth's "Fitt & Flexx" product lines are 100% compatible with ZKD's previous products and enable ZKD's customers to continue their product strategy in the long term, combined with the security of one of the world's largest office furniture manufacturers.
