To make payment as easy as possible, we offer a wide range of payment methods. When paying in-store, we offer cash payment, payment by credit card, payment by EC card or payment by PostFinance Card. When ordering online and paying from home, you have the option of paying in advance or by invoice. The latter requires a credit check.

- Many of our furniture can be paid for with up to 100% WIR. Are you looking for a piece of furniture that you can purchase in WIR? Use the filter in the store to find your piece of furniture. The details can be found in the respective product. In the checkout you have the option of selecting WIR as the payment method. The maximum WIR amount will be displayed. The remaining amount must be paid in Swiss francs.
- Most brand new furniture as well as design classics such as USM, Vitra, Corbussier, etc. are generally excluded from WIR payment. You can find out whether an item is eligible for WIR payment on the details page of the item in question.
- Delivery costs or costs for logistics and any storage costs must always be paid in CHF. The actual purchase amount in CHW and CHF will be shown separately in the checkout and on the purchase receipt.
- In the case of payment by invoice, the invoice must be paid within 30 days of receipt of the invoice, unless a different payment term is expressly specified. The buyer can find the relevant payment term on the invoice, which is provided exclusively in digital form (by e-mail and as a download in the customer portal). The invoice is always sent to the e-mail address provided by the customer immediately after the order has been submitted.
Tradingzone AG reserves the right to obtain credit checks on the customer and is entitled to pass on customer data to third parties in this regard.

In the event of late payment: The invoice amount is due for payment no later than the calendar day specified in the invoice. The default interest rate is 9%.
