Delivery on site (kerbside)

If local delivery (kerbside) is selected, this means that the goods will be delivered to a specific address. If you purchase on account, by credit card, Twint or with a prepayment, delivery is usually made within 7 days.

The items are loaded from the transport vehicle “onto the kerbside”, leaving the customer responsible for them. From a goods value of CHF 6,000, the customer benefits from free delivery “kerbside”

Delivery on site with installation and assembly

Die On-site delivery with installation and assembly is the most convenient method of delivery for the buyer. If you purchase on account, by credit card, Twint or if we receive payment in advance, we usually deliver and install within 14 days.

Here too, the delivery is made to a predetermined address. With this type of delivery, the ordered goods are transported on site, transported into the building, brought to the destination and installed there. Installation is carried out by our experienced staff. The installation service is a pleasant simplification. It saves inexperienced people a lot of time. For purchases over CHF 6,000, delivery costs are waived and only the installation fee is charged.



FAQ | Delivery and collection

As a rule, deliveries are made by our partner company Planzer Transport AG (general cargo and 2-man deliveries) or Planzer CEP AG (“Planzer Paket”).

  • Delivery is made by truck or van by Planzer Transport AG to the kerbside within seven days of receipt of payment.
  • The curb is the place on the street closest to your front door that can be reached by truck.
  • You will receive a link from Planzer Transport (or its authorized partners) with which you can arrange a delivery date yourself using the online tool.
  • Only one delivery address is possible per order.
  • Tradingzone AG will pay the delivery costs for goods worth CHF 6,000 or more.
  • Delivery is made by truck or van by Planzer Transport AG within 14 days of receipt of payment.
  • Delivery with 2 men means that Planzer Transport AG assigns a team to transport the furniture you have ordered to the place of use.
    The furniture is placed and put into operation. If your furniture is too large or heavy, it is necessary to expand the team to 4 people or more. You don't have to do anything else, we'll take care of it.
  • If the piece of furniture also needs to be assembled, the assembly costs are already included in the delivery flat rate. If no assembly is required, the delivery flat rate is correspondingly cheaper (this is already included in the delivery costs shown).
  • If you have an unusual situation on site (spiral staircase, no elevator, narrow entrance, no parking space, access only possible with vans, etc.), we would be grateful for this information in advance so that we can plan correctly in good time.
  • It is not possible to order only delivery to the floor without any assembly.
  • You will receive a link from Planzer Transport (or its authorized partners) with which you can arrange a delivery date yourself using the online tool.
  • Only one delivery address is possible per order.
  • Tradingzone AG will pay the delivery costs for goods worth CHF 15,000 or more

If the item(s) allows it, it will be sent by Planzer Paket. Delivery usually takes 1-2 working days.

You wanted a 2-man delivery, but ordered general cargo? You wanted a general cargo delivery but ordered 2 men? Or the other way around? Contact our customer service. We will inform you of the additional costs. You will receive a separate invoice for this.

    • As soon as the goods leave our warehouse, you will receive corresponding information and a tracking link with all further details on the upcoming delivery.
    • If you have not predefined a delivery date when ordering (preferred date), you will be notified by Planzer Transport by e-mail. You can select the delivery date that suits you on the online portal.

Yes, deliveries on a desired date are possible. Please note that a requested date must be specified when placing the order. This is the only way we can plan correctly from the outset. If you announce the requested date at a later date, the delivery will be delayed accordingly, as the planning will have to be redone.

As soon as the goods are in the transshipment warehouse and you have received a consignment number from Planzer, queries about the delivery or adjustments to the delivery date can be arranged directly with Planzer's scheduling department. Always contact Planzer Customer Service on 044 735 66 50 or by e-mail at b2c_spreitenbach@planzer.ch, quoting the consignment number. The scheduling department will serve you directly or connect you with the appropriate delivery branch.

  • We calculate the cost of delivery based on the number of pallets required for transportation. Depending on the type of transportation selected (parcel, kerbside or 2-man delivery), a fixed amount is charged per pallet.
  • The definitive delivery costs will be shown to you before the purchase is concluded and are binding. As a rule, delivery costs will not be charged subsequently.
  • If assembly is required for an item (2-man service), the corresponding assembly minutes are already included in the transportation rate.
  • If an item is extremely unwieldy, heavy or otherwise extremely complex to transport, the item will be declared separately and explicitly in the item details. In this case, the delivery costs may be recalculated. The offer for this will then be drawn up individually and in consultation with you. We will not deliver such special items without your express written consent.

  • Self-collection from us is generally not subject to any additional charges.
  • If you collect the goods from us, they will be made available at our height-adjustable loading ramp (anyone can load from cars to 40-ton trucks).
  • You will be informed of the date on which the goods are ready for collection (usually the day following the order, later dates on request).
  • The benefit and risk shall pass to you upon signing the delivery bill.
  • You must ensure correct loading and appropriate securing yourself.
  • Find out beforehand whether your item will fit in your vehicle (measure it).
  • The goods are not additionally packed, remember to have blankets or similar to protect the transport vehicle and the goods at hand.
  • Find out in advance whether you can load your product on your own. For liability reasons, the warehouse team may not assist with loading.
  • Collections are possible from Monday to Friday from 09.00 - 17.00 and on Saturday from 10.00 - 15.30. Outside these times, collection is only possible by prior arrangement.

Yes, our customer service will provide you with a quote for this. Delivery takes place within 7 or 14 days (depending on the mode of transport).

Unfortunately not. We do not have any vans for hire.

  • We have an external warehouse. This is managed from Monday to Friday. Collections are therefore not possible at any time and always require confirmation from Tradingzone. Please wait for the pick-up invitation from Tradingzone (you will receive this by e-mail).
  • On Saturday it is possible to order on site and pick up stock items, but some items are in the external warehouse. These can then only be collected the following week.
  • The satellite warehouse is located near the main camp (in Regensdorf, about 400 meters away).
  • The external warehouse has a height-adjustable loading ramp.
